Final Rules on Wellness Programs from the DOL

In an effort to keep you abreast of health care reform, the Department of Labor just recently issued guidelines for employers who sponsor Wellness Programs. The DOL has now defined and expanded what an employer can do with respect to a wellness program.

For employers with more than 50 employees who continue to provide health care coverage in 2014, wellness programs can be an important cost containment tool. For more information about Wellness Programs, please do not hesitate to call (toll free @ 888.686.3741)
